In this time, we're able to pay our Fellow to work alongside us, learning skills, exploring their passions, making connections, and building their resume and confidence, in a friendly, welcoming environment.
After their Fellowship, we help our Fellow find a job in the community that is well-suited to their passion, skills, and goals. It is our goal that clients who go through this program will find employment that will help them reach their goals.
